How to Spot and Avoid Forex Scams

Guaranteed returns

No legitimate broker or signal seller guarantees profits. Markets do not work that way. Any 'steady 10% a month, no risk' claim is a red flag by definition.

Unregulated or fake licenses

Scammers show logos of real regulators they are not licensed by, or point to obscure registers. Verify the number on the regulator's own site. If you cannot find it, walk away.

Account managers and deposit pressure

Someone offering to trade your account, demanding remote access, or pushing you to 'deposit now to avoid missing out' is running a classic recovery scam. Real brokers never need your password.

Fake reviews and bots

Watch for suspiciously uniform 5-star reviews, paid testimonials, and '100% accurate' robots. Cross-check independent forums and the regulator's warning list before trusting any provider.

What to do if targeted

Stop all contact, do not send more funds, and report to your local financial authority and the broker's supposed regulator. Early reporting improves any chance of recovery.
